Let's outline what students have and will continue
to learn and gain with our program:
Students will learn that they don't need a
real-estate license. Generally, a real-estate
license is only required if you plan on selling real
estate to the general public in exchange for a
commission.
Students will learn how to buy and sell a piece of
property without using ANY of their own money on the
transaction. This is probably the most critical
aspect of our system given that the number one
reason people generally shy away from real estate is
the
LACK OF MONEY.
Students will discover that if they apply our
methods and techniques, it will require NO credit on
their part.
That's right, NO CREDIT.
That means that it doesn't matter if a buyer just
filed for bankruptcy yesterday as it will not have
an impact on how this system works.
Even better than that, even if a buyer had a AAA
credit rating with a FICO score of 850, it really
wouldn't make a difference either. So credit will
have NOTHING to do with our students' ability to
make money using these techniques.
This too is a critical benefit to our system since
the LACK OF CREDIT is the 2nd biggest reason people
shy away from real-estate.
Students will learn that they will
not need to borrow ANY money-
ZERO Money!!-
to apply our system. Getting
qualified for a loan and dealing with the
requirements of a bank will no longer be an issue
for our students as our system has completely
removed this very common and traditional real estate
need.
Students will learn that they will take on NO
RISK on any of their transactions by
utilizing our system. Since there is no need for
cash or credit on the transaction, there really
isn't anything to lose except for the little time
one spends on putting the deal together.
This is a very important aspect of our
system as the
PERCEPTION OF THE RISK
is the 4th biggest reason people generally shy away
from real estate.
Students will learn that when they
apply our techniques they won't need a partner.
Generally, individuals seek out a
partner for one of two reasons: either 1) to obtain
the money or capital in order to purchase property,
or 2) to split the risk with another individual.
This is critical because if one doesn't need money
to apply our techniques, then obviously there would
be no need for a partner for purposes of cash.
More importantly, if there is no
need for cash or credit, then there really is
NO RISK. If there is no risk, then there
really is no need for a partner for the purpose of
splitting the risk.
Students will become their own boss!
And run their own business
from home. All they will need is a phone.
There will be no need to hire employees, rent office
space, or buy equipment.
Students will basically start their
own business with virtually NO MONEY. More
importantly, our system can be applied and done from
anywhere, any part of the country. Furthermore, our
system does NOT require a full-time commitment.
It can be done part-time, a few
hours a week-days, nights, or weekends, and it can
eventually replace a full-time income. Our system is
very easy to work as a second job, especially
because our students will learn that they won't even
have to physically see properties.
Generally, when dealing in real
estate, a lot of time is spent driving around
looking for, looking at, and showing properties. Not
having to perform such time-consuming tasks will
makes a dramatic difference for most people.
Our students will not need to do any
"fix up" work. Even if the property may require some
reparation, it will not be their responsibility or
their financial obligation.
With our system, students will be
able to do deals over and over again. Once they've
learned the system, it becomes easier and easier.

Students
will be able to do;
multiple
transactions at once.
This is
very important because in the
traditional sense of real estate,
without a significant amount of cash,
there is no way to do many deals at one
time, sometimes, not even one.

As part of their instruction,
students will learn that there are 3 different ways
that they could apply our system.

First, this can be done with
home buyers-people that just want to buy a home.

Second, this can be done with
investors-people that are looking for investment
properties.

And finally, this can also be
done with "rehabbers" - people that buy
"run-down" properties, fix them up, and re-sell
them at a profit. Furthermore, students will
also learn that there are an infinite number of
ways to structure various deals-the
possibilities are really endless.
The best part of our system is that we've taken care
of all the "risks" related to real estate.
With our system, students WILL
NEVER hold on to ANY properties. This is
a beautiful thing because if you don't hold on to
properties, you will have no headaches related to
holding on to those properties.
More importantly, you will not be
subjected to the "risks" of holding on to those
properties. Let's go through these potential "risks"
in more detail.
Using our system, students will be able to close
their first deal as quickly as within the first 30
to 90 days, and we will be there to ensure that it
happens as quickly and as profitably as possible.
There is always the possibility of a real estate
market "crash." Obviously, if one held a number of
properties, this "crash" could have a severe
financial impact on the owner.
With our system, you NEVER hold
properties, and as such, property values dropping
will not have an affect. Even better, if property
values rise, it wouldn't have an affect either.

system is applied, the
volatility
of property values will not be an issue.

Typically, when the economy slows
down, a property owner will also be at risk. In this
particular case, people can and will lose their
jobs, and as a result, a landlord could very well
find him or herself having difficulty collecting
rents.
With our system, you will
NEVER be a landlord!!
So once again, you will be
unaffected. Our system can be successfully applied
in both economies-one that is doing poorly and one
that is doing well.
Another "risk" that property owners will typically
subject themselves to is the vacancy factor. It is
obviously that if tenants start moving out of a
building, and no new tenants move in, that there is
going to be a cash flow problem. But again, with our
system one NEVER becomes a landlord, so having to
deal with this particular risk-that of vacancy-will
be a moot point.
Of course, there is always a chance that a natural
disaster or tenant lawsuit could result in
tremendous losses for a property owner. This
is a real risk and anyone considering real estate
must be aware of this fact.
