Retired Member of the Congress of the United
States, Merwin served on the House Committee on
Banking and Currency that has oversight regarding
federal mortgage and financing programs and other
real estate law. Retiring at an early age from
elected office even though he had never been
defeated, Merwin became totally involved in real
estate and soon became engrossed in every aspect of
that field. Merwin has since attained a lifetime of
creative achievement that includes real estate
broker; licensed contractor; owning his own mortgage
company; wrote, organized and taught major creative
seminars and workshops; all in addition to owning
and managing over a hundred units of investment

For over thirty years Merwin Coad has used
creative investment methods in real estate to
acquire, buy and sell, and manage hundreds of
properties covering the area of several states. He
has especially utilized the method that he himself
originated which concept is considered to be the
ultimate in creative real estate investing. Not to
be confused with "no money down" this premier
